An incredible opportunity to learn about Roman culinary tradition and celebrate Christmas Eve in a very special way.
Join our shared class and let our professional chef unveil the secrets to prepare a gorgeous dinner, as Roman families use to do, generation after generation.
We will start with some crispy fritti, batter-fried mixed season vegetables and cod fish fillets.
Next we will make some fresh tagliolini pasta and serve them with a fish and mushrooms sauce.
Our main course, as the tradition goes, will be fish based and we will have a seabass with roasted potatoes.
We will conclude with a slice of Italian Panettone and a drop of pistachio semi-freddo.
Italian prosecco, wine and water will be also served.
The school is next to Navona Square and 20-minutes walk from the Vatican, so either you wish to celebrate Christmas as a religious or secular event you got the choice!
