Why Choose it?

  • Experience a hands-on class in a historical, lively setting.
  • Create unique flavors made from fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
  • Learn a treasured recipe you can recreate for family and friends.

With gelato shops on every cobblestoned corner, and flavors ranging from traditional chocolate to specialty pistacchio, Italy's creamy stuff of dreams is as mouth-wateringly delicious as it is culturally significant. Most of all, gelato is definitely one of the best ways to cool down from the vibrant Roman sun!

Perfect for kids and adults, locals and visitors, this shared cooking class is all about recreating La Dolce Vita. You will have the amazing opportunity to customize and create classic Italian gelato with your favorite flavors: Nutella, vanilla, coffee, or whatever ingredients are the best for the season! Choose from fresh fruits of the season, like Tuscan strawberries or lemons from Sorrento, deep-green pistachiosdark chocolate from Perugia.

Whilst your gelato is freezing, your fun-loving, completely fluent Italian chef will teach you how to make Italian biscotti, the perfect partner to gelato. There might even be the option of making the most quintessential Italian dessert, the fabulously rich tiramisù

Taking place in a sleek 17th-century palazzo in the heart of the city center, this class offers a much more satisfying experience than simply visiting a gelateria in Rome. At the end of the session, we'll munch our way through our mouth-watering creations. Best of all, we'll email you the recipes afterwards so kids can continue to make gelato (for you) at home!
