Highlight of our vacation in Rome
Our whole family (my husband and I, 2 kids ages 13 and 14) thoroughly enjoyed the pasta class. Our chef Filippo made us feel welcome and was quite entertaining. We all learned something new and got lots of hands-on time in the kitchen. The food was delicious and it wasn\'t just a class--it was a dinner party too! It was definitely the highlight of our vacation.

Fun and informative experience!
A fun learning experience! The class was very well structured and the instructor was knowledgeable, answered all questions well, and kept the class moving at a good pace whilst keeping all 8 students involved. I can\'t recommend it more.

My girlfriend and I did this pasta making class our last day in Rome, and along with 10 others we had an absolute blast. We learned a lot, the food was fantastic, and the atmosphere was even better. The lesson was fun, informative, and collaborative. Each team of 2 got to make roughly their portion size of pasta (it was all collectively cooked and shared), and their own personal tiramisù. The best way I can put it is that the class we were in had an individual there who had taken similar courses at the same school two times previously, and he had every intent to take another the next time he visited Rome. It's truly an experience worth having again and again.

Cooking Class - Pasta and Tiramisu
I did this class with my 15-year-old son and we had a blast. There were 9 of us in the class, we did the 10 am. We made the tiramisu first, then ravioli and linguini. Chef Gloria was patient but we really did things ourselves. We then sat down while they cooked and served the food to us for lunch. My son was initially not into it and neither of us really cook, but it was bonding and fun and we felt accomplished. Was a nice break from the tourist visits and highly recommend it
