Consider the culinary experience of combining pomodoro sauce made from San Marzano tomatoes and creamy mozzarella di bufala melting over hand-rolled dough with your favorite fresh, locally-grown ingredients such as flowering Roman zucchini, spicy salami, Sicilian peppers, farm-fresh mushrooms, and sweet red onions from Tropea.

With this private Pizza Making and Gelato class, you will become a real Italian pizza maker, or “pizzaiolo” as well as learn the art of creating homemade gelato! Perfect for kids and adults, locals and visitors, this class is designed for anyone with a passion for delicious food, having fun, and learning something new. While making your edilble masterpieces, you will be welcomed with local specialties such as a sparkling glass of prosecco, Calabrian viagro chilli sauce spread over bruschetta, and melon wrapped in “Prosciutto di Parma”.

As your signature pizza is cooking, you will have the fabulous opportunity to customize and create ice-cold gelato from scratch. Choose from a variety of delicious flavors including fresh fruits of the season, rich roasted hazelnuts, high-quality dark chocolate from Perugia, and deep-green pistachios to name a few.
