These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of services of Walks Inside Rome S.r.l on the Website walksinsiderome.com and regulate its use. Walks Inside Rome S.r.l reserves the right to periodically modify these Terms and Conditions of sale and the Privacy Policy, for example following legislative or regulatory changes or changes in the functions of the Website. The aforementioned changes will be brought to the attention of Users via the Website with a specific notice and for a duration of 10 (ten) days from the date of modification. Such communication may, at the discretion of Walks Inside Rome S.r.l, also be made by sending a specific e-mail. The online sale of services on the Website is governed by the provisions of the Consumer Code Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, and the Electronic Commerce Code Legislative Decree no. 70/2003. Below are the Terms and Conditions of sale applicable to any Tourist Service sold on the Website.
DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of this contract, the following definitions apply:

User: any entity that purchases the tourist services sold through the Website.
Terms and Conditions or T&C: the set of these contractual clauses that determine and define the relationship between Walks Inside Rome S.r.l and the User.
PURCHASE PROCEDURE
Orders are subject to availability and the discretionary acceptance of Walks Inside Rome S.r.l. The User must select the service to purchase and complete the checkout after carefully verifying the information contained in the order summary. The order is placed by confirming it and is subject to payment of the price, taxes and any additional costs indicated on the summary page. The contract is concluded when the order is accepted by Walks Inside Rome S.r.l.
- Order Acceptance: By placing an order on the Website, the User effectively requests the provision of a service. Walks Inside Rome S.r.l has the right to refuse the request within 48 hours of its placement.
- Order Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 15 business days before the customer’s scheduled arrival date will be fully refunded. No-shows and late cancellations are subject to a 100% penalty. Tickets are always purchased in advance and are never refundable. All cancellations are subject to a bank fee. We strongly recommend that customers take out insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances causing delays or itinerary changes not included in our cancellation policy.
The right of withdrawal is excluded pursuant to art. 59 letter n of the Consumer Code, as it pertains to leisure services with a specific date.
PRICES AND FEES
The prices of the Services of Walks Inside Rome S.r.l are displayed in euros. All prices include VAT. The User acknowledges and accepts that the prices of the Services of walksinsiderome s.r.l may be subject to change.
PAYMENT METHODS
Walks Inside Rome S.r.l uses third-party tools for payment processing and does not come into contact with payment data – such as credit card details – provided. Any costs of processing payments not accepted will be charged to the User. Payment methods include:
- credit card (Visa, American Express and Mastercard);
- payment via Google Pay and Apple Pay.
COMPANY DECLARATION
Walks Inside Rome S.r.l is not responsible or liable for circumstances beyond our control that prevent the execution of any tour. These include force majeure or natural events, unannounced facility closures, or other reasons, and site access denial due to non-compliance with regulations, etc. Policies and regulations are subject to change.
ADDITIONAL COSTS
City taxes are not included in the Service prices and must be paid on site by the User.
For guided tours requiring paid admission and a museum reservation at a specific time, the User must arrive punctually. In case of delay, Walks Inside Rome S.r.l cannot guarantee entry or be held responsible for any issues related to the User’s delay.
USER OBLIGATIONS
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the User undertakes to provide all information requested by Walks Inside Rome S.r.l truthfully and accurately via the Website interface. The User must provide accurate and verifiable:
- personal data required at the time of booking;
- the full address of the recipient (hotel/accommodation facility when requested).
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content on the Website is protected and safeguarded by current copyright and industrial and intellectual property laws. By way of example and not limited to, Website content includes: the domain name, subdomains, all texts, any graphic and/or textual representation, photographs, videos. All related intellectual and industrial property rights are exclusively owned by Walks Inside Rome S.r.l and are reserved and will not be transferred or licensed.
PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING (PRIVACY)
Users are invited to carefully read the privacy information (
Privacy Policy) provided under EU Regulation 679/2016, as well as the use of cookies with consent where required (
Cookie Policy). As Data Controller, Walks Inside Rome S.r.l informs the User that Personal Data provided at registration in the restricted access area of the Website, when concluding an online purchase contract, or during site navigation through system “logs” will be processed using manual, IT and telematic means for the purposes indicated in the
Privacy Policy.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions are governed entirely by Italian law. Any dispute arising in relation to the validity, interpretation, execution, and termination of online contracts concluded by the User with Walks Inside Rome S.r.l shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the court corresponding to the consumer’s place of residence.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Pursuant to article 49, paragraph 1, letter V of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the Consumer may use the Paritetic Conciliation (ADR) procedure.
