When in Rome, cook as Romans cook and learn how to make fresh pasta and homemade tiramisù from scratch. In this private class, you will be making two of Italy’s most loved dishes using secret recipes straight from “nonna”, an affectionate Italian term for the beloved grandmother.
This private cooking class takes place either at our 17th century palazzo situated near Piazza Navona or at our newest location just steps from the Pantheon. Guiding you through your culinary journey will be one of our enthusiastic, expert English-speaking chefs. Perfect for kids and adults, locals and visitors, our class is designed for anyone with a passion for delicious food, having fun, and learning something new.
We’ll welcome you onto this unique and unforgettable experience by greeting you with a prosecco toast. Then you’ll have the chance to sample a range of local specialties, such as Italian charcuterie, steaming supplì oozing with mozzarella, and melon wrapped in “Prosciutto di Parma”.
After cooking up a storm making Italy’s most globally adored food, we’ll move on to making its most highly adored dessert: tiramisù. Layered with all things indulgent (that is cream, coffee, sugar, and cocoa) it’s no surprise that tiramisù has become such a worldwide success.
But nothing beats a tiramisù made in Italy, crafted with love, passion, and above all the choicest ingredients.
After this, you’ll be learning to make your own fresh pasta. While you have so many fresh flavors available, top your pasta with your favorite one. Choose from our selection of Italian cheeses, and enjoy!
Determined by the season, your homemade pasta will be made from only the freshest ingredients from the farmer’s market. With many options to choose from, just think sweet pumpkin tortellini in the autumn, light coils of fettuccine infused with eggplant in the summer, or succulent ravioli dumplings stuffed with ricotta, well… whenever you want!
Creating a gourmet meal in a beautiful air-conditioned kitchen is guaranteed to forge unforgettable memories in Rome.
