Forge friendships to last a lifetime by joining us and fellow foodies on our pizza making class. Channel your inner ‘pizzaiolo’ - the official name for pizza makers - and get creative in the kitchen by cooking up the perfect Roman pizza. The pizza may originally hail from Naples, but the Romans love it too. They argue theirs is even better than their southern neighbours' - thinner, crispier and covered in a coat of creamy mozzarella.

With our English-speaking pizzaiolo, you'll learn how to knead the perfect pizza dough. Each budding pizzaiolo has their own personal cooking station. Even the kids have their own space to get their hands dirty (before munching through all the food they've just made).

It only gets better when it's time to start choosing toppings. We use only fresh, seasonal ingredients for you to adorn your pizzas: salty salami, earthy mushrooms or perhaps some elegant figs and prosciutto. The choice is endless.

Take your secrets home with you and show off your newfound pizza making mastery to your friends. The class takes place in a fabulous 17th century palazzo, just a few steps from Piazza Navona. Expect classic Italian hospitality as we serve you local wines, drinks and a mix of antipasti specialties.

While your pizza is slowly baking, our chef will teach you to craft the classic Italian gelato. First invented in Florence, gelato has become a staple of indulgent Italian cuisine. When everything's finished, the whole class gets together to eat pizza and gelato in our 17th century dining hall still framed with its original frescoes.

Buon Appetito!
