Learn to cook like a native Italian with this small group class. Following a prosecco and antipasti reception, we’ll be making tiramisù and fresh pasta from scratch, using traditional Roman recipes lovingly passed down from la nonna.
Held either in a 17th Century Palazzo near Piazza Navona or just steps away from the Pantheon, this interactive class is led by our enthusiastic English-speaking chef. Perfect for kids and adults, locals and visitors, our class is designed for anyone with a passion for delicious food, having fun, and learning something new.
We’ll start by assembling scrumptious layers of smooth cream, rich coffee, and sweet cocoa for a rich, tasty tiramisù. Simple yet effective, this dessert will leave you feeling full, satisfied, and awake. In fact, it’s the espresso that gives tiramisu its Italian name, which literally translates as “pick me up”!
While the tiramisù settles, we’ll mix, kneed, and roll out our fresh handmade pasta before infusing it with our favorite seasonal flavors. Vibrant pumpkin tortellini in the autumn, light coils of fettuccine dressed with eggplant in the summer, and succulent ravioli dumplings stuffed with rich, creamy ricotta di pecora… well, essentially any time of the year!
Sprinkle on a selection of sumptuous Italian cheeses and your mouth-watering meal is ready to be eaten! Celebrate with friendly, festive company and a perfect selection of red and white wines and soft drinks.
Spend a fun-filled day in the Eternal City by cooking up something special in a beautiful historic location and discover your inner chef with our family-friendly cooking class in Rome.
This class has no more than 12 people per chef.
